Abstrakt


Wykorzystywanie seksualne dzieci to zjawisko wielowymiarowe, o zróżnicowanych przyczynach. Nie istnieje pojedynczy program czy zasady postępowania zdolne rozwiązać wszystkie problemy i odnieść się do wszystkich czynników leżących u jego podstaw. Jest to zagadnienie złożone, wymagające wszechstronnych rozwiązań i zaangażowania interesariuszy z różnych dziedzin życia. Pierwszorzędową profilaktykę krzywdzenia i wykorzystywania seksualnego dzieci postrzega się częstokroć jako cel niemożliwy do zrealizowania. Dzieje się tak dlatego, że wysiłkom profilaktycznym rzadko towarzyszy poziom zaangażowania i uwagi niezbędny do długofalowego powodzenia. Krzywdzeniu i wykorzystywaniu seksualnemu dzieci można zapobiegać. Działania profilaktyczne wymagają jednak zainwestowania zasobów i ludzi, wymagają odpowiedniego przywództwa i zaangażowania.
