Percepcja relacji interpersonalnych u osób uwikłanych w sytuacje wykorzystania seksualnego dziecka

Abstrakt


Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza sposobów, w jakie osoby uwikłane w sytuacje wykorzystania seksualnego dziecka postrzegają i przeżywają kontakty z innymi ludźmi oraz jak nadają im znaczenia. Przeprowadzona analiza piśmiennictwa doprowadziła do sformułowania kilku wniosków. Po pierwsze, uwikłanie w sytuacje wykorzystania seksualnego dziecka może przybierać formę różnorodnych ról w krzywdzącej interakcji, które często współwystępują w życiu tej samej osoby. Po drugie, można zauważyć podobieństwa w sposobach postrzegania relacji interpersonalnych opisywanych w piśmiennictwie jako konsekwencje doświadczenia wykorzystania seksualnego w dzieciństwie oraz jako determinanty podjęcia czynów pedofilnych, co skłania do wniosku o wielorakich (w rozumieniu następstwa czasowego oraz zależności przyczynowych) ich powiązaniach. Po trzecie, sposób rozumienia wpływu wykorzystania seksualnego na życie człowieka oraz jego miejsca w relacjach interpersonalnych w ogóle stanowi przedmiot zainteresowania większej grupy osób niż tylko bezpośrednio w nie zaangażowani. Należą do nich osoby postronne uczestniczące w społecznym dyskursie o zjawisku, a także osoby zajmujące się nim naukowo lub w praktyce zawodowej. Wiedza potoczna o naturze relacji międzyludzkich, w tym wykorzystania seksualnego, oraz wiedza i działalność profesjonalna pozostają zaś we wzajemnych związkach. Wnioski płynące z przeprowadzonych analiz uzasadniają postulat dotyczący potrzeby znacznej uważności na sposób konceptualizowania zagadnienia relacji między uwikłaniem w wykorzystanie seksualne w życiu człowieka a sposobem jego rozumienia natury relacji międzyludzkich. Uważność ta powinna dotyczyć pojęć stosowanych do opisu zagadnienia, sposobów prowadzenia badań oraz podejmowania działań praktyki profesjonalnej – terapii czy poradnictwa. Może ona zwiększać szansę na wybór uzasadnionych i etycznych rozwiązań.
