Kontakt dzieci i młodzieży z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi. Analiza zjawiska na podstawie wyników ogólnopolskiego badania uczniów

Abstrakt


Celem artykułu jest określenie skali zjawiska kontaktu dzieci i młodzieży z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi, roli rodziców w profilaktyce tego kontaktu oraz wskazanie jego negatywnych korelatów.
Badanie zostało zrealizowane techniką Audio-CASI na ogólnopolskiej losowej reprezentatywnej próbie uczniów w wieku 11–18 lat (N = 3943). Wykorzystany w badaniu kwestionariusz poruszał m.in. takie zagadnienia jak: nadużywanie internetu, kontrola rodzicielska, kontakt z pornografią, wiedza na temat seksualności, ocena zadowolenia z różnych aspektów życia i podejmowanie zachowań seksualnych.
Wśród badanych 43% miało kontakt z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi. Chłopcy oglądają tego typu treści ponad dwa razy częściej (AOR = 2,228) niż dziewczyny. Ponad połowa dzieci i młodzieży (58%), która miała kontakt z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi, deklaruje, że trafiła na nie przypadkiem.
Osoby, które miały kontakt z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi, ponad trzy razy częściej otrzymywały zdjęcia o charakterze erotycznym (AOR = 3,335) i ponad pięć razy częściej je wysyłały (AOR = 5,014).
Osoby, które miały kontakt z pornografią i materiałami seksualizującymi, są mniej zadowolone z osiągnięć szkolnych (rho = –0,124), rodziny (rho = –0,182), przyjaciół (rho = –0,065), czasu wolnego (rho = –0,110) i życia ogólnie (rho = –0,155).
Nie wykazano żadnych istotnych statystycznie związków między wystąpieniem kontaktu z tego typu treściami a zadowoleniem z własnego wyglądu.
Brak jakichkolwiek zasad dotyczących korzystania z internetu ma związek z kontaktem z materiałami pornograficznymi i seksualizującymi (AOR = 2,134).
