Rola superwizji w profilaktyce krzywdzenia dzieci

Abstrakt


Artykuł stanowi praktyczną ilustrację wspierającej roli superwizji stosowanej w publicznym systemie pomocy w profilaktyce krzywdzenia dzieci. Autorzy przedstawiają przykład kliniczny poprzedzony kilkoma uwagami dotyczącymi ogólnego znaczenia superwizji w obszarze pomocy psychologicznej oraz krótkim przeglądem badań dotyczących superwizji, zwłaszcza w publicznych systemach wspierania dzieci. Według autorów zewnętrzna pozycja superwizora pozwala w refleksyjny sposób przyjrzeć się sytuacji dziecka z kilku perspektyw jednocześnie, co umożliwia zaplanowanie skuteczniejszych i lepiej dopasowanych interwencji służących dziecku i ochronie jego bezpieczeństwa.
